Our QC Process

Quality is built into every stage of production. From fabric arrival to final packing, our quality control team inspects against your specifications and international standards.

Inspection Stages

  • Incoming Fabric Inspection: Check for defects, color consistency, and weight
  • Cutting Inspection: Verify pattern alignment and cutting accuracy
  • Inline Stitching Check: Monitor garment construction during production
  • Finishing Inspection: Verify treatments, washes, and trims
  • Final AQL Sampling: Statistical sampling before shipment

International Standards

Our quality control follows AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards commonly used in the garment industry. We maintain detailed inspection reports for every production run.

Defect Management

Non-conforming pieces are flagged and reworked or rejected at each stage. This prevents defective products from reaching the final shipment, protecting your brand reputation.
